These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Weave, operated by Nixon Needs LLC ("Weave," "we," "us"). By purchasing a package or using weavewebfix.com, you agree to these terms.
Weave sells fixed-scope website packages at three tiers, as described on our pricing page at time of purchase:
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on you providing the information requested in our post-purchase project intake form in a timely manner.
Packages are paid in full upfront via Stripe at the price listed at time of purchase. We do not store your payment card information.
Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds within its stated scope. Work beyond the original scope (additional pages, features, or significant redesign requests after initial delivery) will be quoted and billed separately.

Once paid in full, you own the final website code and content we deliver. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Your website may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, Cal.com, hosting providers). Those services have their own terms and fees, which are your responsibility going forward after delivery.
Weave's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
