Weave ("Weave," "we," "us") is a web design and automation service operated by Nixon Needs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through weavewebfix.com and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you:
Submit the free website audit form (your email address and website URL)
Purchase a website package (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full payment card details)
Complete the post-purchase project intake form (business name, domain/hosting notes, brand assets, content, photos, and anything else you choose to provide)
2. How we use your information
To deliver the free audit you requested
To fulfill the website package you purchased
To send you service-related emails (audit results, project updates, onboarding confirmations)
To improve our own outreach and service delivery
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-party services we use
To operate Weave, we rely on the following processors, each of which has its own privacy practices:
Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — database and file storage (e.g. uploaded logos/photos)
Google (Gmail API) — sending service-related email
Firecrawl and Anthropic — analyzing publicly available pages of the website you submit for an audit
Netlify — website hosting
